About the Role:

The Sales Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in bridging Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution of private charter experiences and high-impact industry events. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys creating structure where ambiguity exists. You’ll help shape how the Sales team operates by defining cross-functional processes, managing high-touch charter logistics, and executing events that drive revenue and brand visibility.



A Day in the Life:

You’ll be…


Coordinating Private Charters: Partnering with Sales, Operations, and clients to ensure all private charter requirements are clearly communicated, documented, and executed, while proactively resolving issues to maintain a seamless, high-touch customer experience.
Supporting Charter Logistics & Escalations: Serving as the first point of escalation for charter-related challenges, coordinating with operators and vendors, monitoring aircraft and crew schedules, and providing concierge-level support for VVIP charters, including early morning or late-night coverage as needed.
Executing Events & Meetings: Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to plan and execute internal meetings and industry events, managing logistics such as branding, food & beverage, accommodations, transportation, and on-site support to ensure polished, on-brand delivery.
Managing Event Budgets & ROI: Owning the Sales event budget, negotiating with vendors, and evaluating event effectiveness and return on investment to inform and improve future event strategy.
Supporting Agency & Contract Operations: Preparing, validating, and distributing corporate and agency agreements, addendums, and ticketing instructions, while maintaining accurate contract terms within CRM (HubSpot) and pricing systems (Sabre).
Resolving Pricing & Compliance Items: Partnering with internal teams to resolve pricing discrepancies, support debit memo processing, and ensure compliance with corporate programs and pricing policies.

  • Required Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, private charter logistics, or event coordination (aviation or travel industry highly preferred).

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to travel occasionally and work non-standard hours (early mornings/late nights) to support live charter operations.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with demonstrated attention to detail. Ability to travel as needed, up to 10% to 20% and the ability to attend conferences and customer visits as needed.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and accurately to support compliant contract processing, operational coordination, and event execution.)

  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders and communicate effectively with external clients and vendors. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to support business and operational needs.)

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

  • Familiarity with GDS platforms (Sabre)


  • Pay & Perks:

    Compensation is between $65,000 and $80,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
