- Develop, deliver, and maintain technical, system, and role-based learning programs to enhance performance and operational proficiency
- Collaborate with SMEs and business leaders to align learning solutions with operational and strategic objectives
- Utilize learning technologies (e.g., Cornerstone LMS, Articulate, Camtasia) to create and manage engaging eLearning modules and blended programs
- Track training completion and evaluate program effectiveness to inform continuous improvement
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and microlearning content to support skill development across functions
- Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- 3+ years of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating technical or operational learning programs in a corporate or operational environment
- Associates degree or higher preferred; equivalent experience in L&D, Training, Instructional Design, or Operations accepted
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory, performance-based learning, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE)
- Proficiency with learning technologies and tools, including LMS platforms and eLearning development software
- Excellent planning, project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment while collaborating effectively with teams
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com and willingness to stay current on learning technologies and trends
- Relevant industry certifications (ATD, SHRM) a plus
