- Develop a deep understanding of the Finance Business Unit and its clients to effectively drive strategic priorities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners and associates to become a trusted advisor.
- Lead the creation of customized Finance pitches, presentations, and RFP replies in collaboration with the pitch team.
- Collaborate with partners, attorneys, and other Business Development teams to deliver market-leading thought leadership.
- Support the onboarding of lateral partners.
- Implement business development initiatives and thought leadership campaigns aligned with market strategies.
- Partner with global Business Development colleagues to promote cross-sector collaboration and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Market Intelligence team to provide market insights guiding strategic planning.
- Superb judgment and decision-making capabilities with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional project management skills juggling multiple priorities.
- Highly skilled in resolving conflicts with diplomacy and integrity.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Outstanding analytical skills to manage project risks effectively.
