Oaknoll has a new opening for a Manager within our At-Home with Oaknoll department. Interested applicants must be sure their application is submitted by 12pm on April 9th to be considered! As the At-Home with Oaknoll Manager, you'll not only coordinate the nursing care and monitoring services of our in-home care program, but you'll cultivate relationships with residents and staff alike, building bonds unique to those who trust and are trusted to come and provide such vital care in such a personal space. Oaknoll is seeking a full-time Manager to lead our At-Home with Oaknoll team. This is a salaried position, and working some holidays and weekends is not only expected, but will be required. The At-Home with Oaknoll Manager is responsible for supervising our nursing care staff providing in-home cares, coordinating care schedules to meet the needs of our residents, and actively promoting our services and pursuing new in-home care contracts serving the greater Johnson County area. All services are focused on supporting individual choice and resident-directed lifestyles. In addition to managing the schedules of staff, cordinating services for clients, tracking compliance data, and maintaining accurate records both clinical and clerical, the At-Home with Oaknoll Manager also participates on our resident transition team, helping to facilitate resident moves through the different levels of care offered at Oaknoll.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or nursing, with nursing being preferred.
  • CPR Certification or the ability to become certified within the first 60 days of employment.
  • An active CNA certification or RN/LPN licensure in Iowa, or the ability to achieve said certification/licensure within the first 60 days of employment.
  • Previous experience in an in-home care setting is preferred.
  • A valid Iowa Driver's License and adequate auto insurance.
  • An excellent driving record shown via a certified driving record.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interest in serving the geriatric population.
