As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

• Create a warm, secure, and stimulating classroom where children thrive.
  
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each child’s needs.
  
• Use creative, multisensory teaching strategies to encourage language, social, and developmental growth.
  
• Lead and mentor a teacher assistant, ensuring a positive and effective classroom environment.
  
• Collaborate with therapists, families, and professionals to support each child’s development.
  
• Ensure a safe, structured, and engaging classroom experience every day.
  

• Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  
• Experience: Hands-on experience working with 2-year-olds required.
  
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  
• Additional Requirements:
