Bike Valet

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their equipment (Bikes) upon their arrival to Whistler, and upon their departure.
• Assist guests with their equipment prior to going out and once they return.
• Correctly label and store guest equipment.
• Ensure the storage areas clean and stocked with necessary amenities.
• Assist guests with luggage & bikes upon arrival and departure.
• Deliver luggage to the guest’s room.
• Greet guests and see them off, opening and closing vehicle doors.
• Drive guests using the hotel shuttle to the village and other destinations as requested by the guests or required by the manager on duty
• Park guest’s vehicle and shuttle in the hotel underground parking
• Fetch and deliver items as per guest or Manager on Duty’s request
• Additional duties as requested by the Manager on Duty
