The Production Manager oversees all material handling, scheduling, and production activities across multiple shifts in a fast?paced job shop environment. This role ensures efficient workflow, on?time delivery, and alignment between production, purchasing, maintenance, and leadership teams. The Production Manager provides hands?on leadership, drives continuous improvement, and maintains high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams.
• Place production orders from customers.
• Planning and organizing production schedules.
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
• Determining quality control standards.
• Overseeing production processes.
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• 2+ years of production scheduling or project management experience, preferably in a fast?paced job shop environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Highly driven with strong problem?solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience using an ERP system to gather information, manage workflow, and generate reports/documents.
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings and interpret GD&T.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Range:

$80K-$90K
