Account Representative at Noah Insurance Group – Forest Lake, Minnesota

We are seeking a highly-driven, ethical, and organized account representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Support the service needs of clients and assist agents by processing policy changes, entering quote information, scanning & attaching documents & applications, helping with billing questions, make payments, report claims/losses, follow up on underwriting request and issuance of policies.
• Build relationships with insurance agency clients and insurance company underwriters
• Efficiently navigate insurance company web sites and agency management system
