Job Description:

Leads complex modules/projects technically and mentors DMEs while preparing for future managerial responsibilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead assigned projects/modules technically.Review migration scripts and validation reports.Guide team members on technical challenges.Act as first escalation point within team.Support reporting and coordination.Attend client meetings for technical discussions.Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.Risk Monitoring & Assessment.Ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling.Participate in RCA for critical concerns.Data & Product Assessment.Enable team with initiatives.

Qualifications:

5+ years in migration, operations or related profile.Strong SQL and data validation skills.Ability to lead small groups technically.Adhere to process & workflow discipline.Effective cross-functional communication skills.Innovative problem solver.Additional Information:
