About This Position
Are you an experienced sales professional in the automotive industry looking for a fresh move?
Davis Chevrolet GMC Buick in Airdrie is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Managers, you’ll be responsible for managing customer inquiries generated through internet leads and guiding customers toward the vehicle that fits their needs. Driven sales professionals have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year through a salary + performance-based pay plan.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and respond to incoming leads in a timely and accurate manner
- Engage customers through their preferred method of interaction (phone, email, text), and set up showroom appointments
- Provide product information and service features and benefits, quote prices and payments
- Regularly follow-up with customers to consistently build relationships and maximize conversion rates and maintain arcuate records and notes in the CRM
- Work closely with the Sales Managers and Finance Managers to arrange for vehicle financing, applications, warranty, etc.
- Finalize sales purchase and complete all paperwork involved with the sale and/or lease of the vehicle.
- Perform deliveries with customers
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2-3 years’ experience in automotive sales, with a strong preference towards those who have internet or lead-based sales experience
- Results driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a professional phone and email presence
- Strong organizational skillset to manage multiple tasks at once
- A team player committed to working with leadership and employees to ensure goal alignment and achievement
- A valid Driver's License and satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
