Pay: $18.00/hr | Full-Time

Looking for a hands-on role where every day is different? Join our Spokane Valley team as a Material Handler / Yard Support Specialist and help keep our multi-site operations running smoothly! You'll work outdoors and indoors, operating equipment, transporting materials, and assisting with general maintenance — all while being part of a hardworking, supportive crew.

• Safely transport materials between facilities and work sites

• Operate forklifts and heavy equipment to load/unload shipments

• Organize inventory in storage yards and warehouse areas

• Perform basic vehicle and equipment maintenance

• Support seasonal groundskeeping (including snow removal)

• Assist with equipment repairs, R&D projects, and emergency fixes

• Maintain accurate daily logs and inventory records

• Occasionally drive employees to various locations

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or GED

• Current forklift certification

• Experience with hand tools, maintenance tasks, and construction basics

• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing, crouching, etc.)

• Can work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments

• Good eyesight (with or without correction) and color recognition

• Reliable weekday schedule

• Competitive hourly pay: $18.00/hr
