We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (English/French) WFH Account Resolution Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are persuasive, results-driven, and enjoy building strong relationships with clients. You will play a key part in ensuring client satisfaction while helping our organisation achieve its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with client accounts to provide guidance, support, and timely follow-ups
- Communicate effectively with clients to offer solutions and maintain positive relationships
- Negotiate agreements and assist clients in managing their account needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Demonstrate persistence, problem-solving, and adaptability to achieve outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and French (mandatory)
- Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable reaching out to clients and following up consistently
- Goal-oriented and results-driven with the ability to handle challenging situations
- Previous experience in client-facing, sales, or marketing roles is a plus
