RN (registered Nurse)-Neuro Special Procedures (Neuro IR) Hybrid Suite

**Sign-On for Eligible New Hires**
WORK LOCATION : 6200 W Parker Rd, Plano, TX 75093
WORK SCHEDULE : Full Time 40 hrs./ week. On-Call requirements 10 hour shift, 630A-5 PM
Neuro Special Procedures Department highlights:
• Newly built Second Hybrid Neuro room Schedule is Monday through Friday.
• On-Call is required with 30-minute response arrival to hospital time
• Cross training into H&V Departments if desired
• Be a part of a respected comprehensive stroke team providing exceptional patient care and saving lives.
• Gain knowledge of cerebral and vascular anatomy and interventions
Here's what you need:
• Diploma of Nursing OR Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required;
• BSN preferred.
• Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
• One-year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program.
• RN-Registered Nurse or Completion of an RN Residency program required
• BCLS -Basic Cardiac Life Support -Prior to providing independent patient care & maintained quarterly-required
• ACLS-Advance Cardiac Life Support- within 90 days required
• PALS-Pediatric Advance Life Support- within in 90 days required
What you will do:
• The professional nurse exhibits understanding of basic human needs.
• The professional nurse demonstrates an appreciation of unique meanings by: active listening and exemplifying a non-judgmental attitude
• The professional nurse demonstrates recognition and understanding of patient's affiliations.
• Perform other duties as assigned
