In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping strategic clients translate complex business challenges into impactful technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and consulting teams to support expansion and long-term partnerships. By combining technical expertise with strong business acumen, you will play a key role in shaping customer strategies and demonstrating solution value. Accountabilities:
  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with enterprise customers, contributing to long-term strategic partnerships
  • Lead technical discovery processes to understand customer needs, business initiatives, and challenges
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored technical proposals that demonstrate clear business value and ROI
  • Support the development of business cases through requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design
  • Provide expert guidance on industry trends, technologies, and best practices within the AECO domain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, consulting, marketing, and product teams
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, innovation, and thought leadership across technical sales and broader teams
  • Support deal progression by aligning technical solutions with customer goals and organizational priorities
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Energy, or a related industry
  • Experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solution consulting role is preferred
  • Strong understanding of AECO industry processes and challenges
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making through persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across EMEA and occasionally internationally
