- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with enterprise customers, contributing to long-term strategic partnerships
- Lead technical discovery processes to understand customer needs, business initiatives, and challenges
- Translate customer requirements into tailored technical proposals that demonstrate clear business value and ROI
- Support the development of business cases through requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design
- Provide expert guidance on industry trends, technologies, and best practices within the AECO domain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, consulting, marketing, and product teams
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, innovation, and thought leadership across technical sales and broader teams
- Support deal progression by aligning technical solutions with customer goals and organizational priorities
- Degree or equivalent experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Energy, or a related industry
- Experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solution consulting role is preferred
- Strong understanding of AECO industry processes and challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence decision-making through persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams
- Fluent English proficiency
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across EMEA and occasionally internationally
