Director, Growth Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Growth Marketing in Canada.

This role sits at the center of demand generation, performance marketing, and revenue growth within a fast-scaling healthcare SaaS environment. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the full-funnel growth strategy across multiple customer segments, ensuring consistent pipeline creation and measurable contribution to revenue. Working closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, and external partners, you will drive multi-channel campaigns that convert awareness into qualified opportunities. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical depth and the ability to optimize performance across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. You will also play a key role in strengthening SEO, conversion optimization, and nurture programs to improve efficiency across the funnel. This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across executive teams, where your decisions directly influence growth outcomes and market expansion.

Accountabilities

You will own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy, ensuring demand generation activities consistently deliver qualified pipeline and support revenue growth across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.

  • Own and scale the full demand generation strategy across the entire buyer journey, from awareness to pipeline creation
  • Take full accountability for marketing-sourced pipeline performance and its contribution to revenue targets
  • Lead multi-channel campaign execution across paid search, paid social, display, email, webinars, and content programs
  • Manage budget allocation, campaign performance, and ROI across channels and segments
  • Oversee SEO, AEO, and CRO strategies to improve visibility, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Design and optimize lead nurture programs to improve funnel progression and re-engagement
  • Build strong alignment with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure accurate attribution, lead quality, and funnel visibility
  • Partner with external agencies to guide strategy, performance optimization, and execution quality
  • Lead data-driven experimentation to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion across the funnel
  • Provide clear reporting and forecasting on pipeline health, marketing performance, and revenue impact
Requirements

You bring extensive experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, with a proven ability to lead teams, manage pipeline-driven marketing strategies, and deliver measurable revenue impact in complex sales environments.

  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of owning marketing-sourced pipeline and driving revenue impact in a SaaS environment
  • Experience across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments with varied sales cycles
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO/AEO, CRO, and lifecycle marketing
  • Deep analytical capability with experience translating data into actionable growth strategies
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Marketo/Pardot, GA4, and advertising platforms
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel metrics, and performance optimization frameworks
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors with accountability for results and ROI
  • AI-first mindset with experience leveraging modern tools to improve efficiency and marketing performance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
