About the Role
Laundry Attendants are the backbone of our hotel. The work done in laundry plays a crucial role in creating a comfortable, welcoming experience for both guests and teammates. You'll ensure that linens and towels meet brand standards—clean, fresh, and ready for use—while working in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and wash linens, towels, and other laundry items according to hotel standards
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and folding equipment efficiently
- Inspect linens for damage or stains and remove as necessary
- Fold, hang, and store clean laundry in designated areas
- Ensure laundry equipment is maintained and report any malfunctions to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry room
- Follow all safety and cleaning protocols related to laundry operations
What We're Looking For
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to remain on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
· Ability to grasp, bend, stoop, push, lift or pull up to 50lbs-75 lbs. as required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- A positive attitude and pride in a job well done
Previous laundry or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
