If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a collaborative team, and understand that spotless linens are at the heart of a great guest experience, this role could be a perfect fit.

Why You'll Love Working Here

We believe exceptional guest experiences start by taking great care of our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you'll enjoy:

  • Flexible scheduling to support work–life balance
  • Performance bonuses that reward reliability and effort
  • Referral bonuses up to $350 – bring a friend, earn extra cash
  • Paid career development training & certifications
  • Paid sick time after 90 days
  • Eligibility to earn paid vacation time after one year of employment
  • Paid compassion leave, when life happens
  • 401(k) with company match after one year
  • Travel perks with discounted hotel stays

About the Role

Laundry Attendants are the backbone of our hotel. The work done in laundry plays a crucial role in creating a comfortable, welcoming experience for both guests and teammates. You'll ensure that linens and towels meet brand standards—clean, fresh, and ready for use—while working in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and wash linens, towels, and other laundry items according to hotel standards
  • Operate washing machines, dryers, and folding equipment efficiently
  • Inspect linens for damage or stains and remove as necessary
  • Fold, hang, and store clean laundry in designated areas
  • Ensure laundry equipment is maintained and report any malfunctions to the supervisor
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry room
  • Follow all safety and cleaning protocols related to laundry operations

What We're Looking For

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to remain on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

· Ability to grasp, bend, stoop, push, lift or pull up to 50lbs-75 lbs. as required

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • A positive attitude and pride in a job well done

Previous laundry or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.

Why Darling Hospitality?

Because here, you're not just doing laundry, you're part of a team with a long-standing reputation for quality, dependability, and appreciation. Many of our team members stay and grow with us because we invest in our people.

Whether you're looking to build a career in hospitality or find a stable, welcoming workplace you can call home, we'd love to meet you.
