This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on sourcing, outreach, vetting, and onboarding creators across multiple platforms.This role requires strong relationship-building skills, platform expertise, and the ability to identify talent that aligns with brand voice, performance goals, and compliance standard.Platforms You’ll Work AcrossMeta (Creator Marketplace, Brand Collabs Manager, paid partnership tools)TikTok (Creator Marketplace, TikTok Shop affiliates, campaign execution)YouTube (BrandConnect, direct outreach)Pinterest (creator partnerships, shoppable content)Snapchat (Creator Marketplace, Snap Stars)Emerging platforms as partnership channels expandKey ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end creator recruiting including sourcing, outreach, vetting, negotiation, and onboardingBuild and manage a diverse pipeline of creators across nano, micro, mid, and macro tiersIdentify and recruit talent using Meta Creator Marketplace and TikTok Creator MarketplaceConduct outreach beyond platform tools including cold outreach, referrals, and community sourcingEvaluate creator fit including audience quality, engagement authenticity, and brand alignmentNegotiate rates and partnership terms aligned with performance and budget expectationsExpand into new platforms and partnership formats as the program scalesMaintain accurate tracking of creator relationships, pipeline status, and performanceWhat We Require2+ years of experience in influencer recruiting, creator partnerships, or talent managementHands-on experience using Meta Creator Marketplace and TikTok Creator MarketplaceStrong outreach, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to assess creator quality, audience authenticity, and engagement metricsExperience working with performance data including CPM, EMV, and conversion metricsAbility to manage a high-volume pipeline with multiple active partnershipsStrong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred RequirementsExperience in health, wellness, telehealth, or regulated consumer industriesFamiliarity with affiliate and performance-based partnership structuresExperience with influencer platforms such as Grin, Aspire, CreatorIQ, or ImpactExisting network of creators or talent managers in relevant nichesExperience building or scaling partnership programsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceFully remote, flexible work environmentOpportunity to build and scale a high-impact creator partnerships programDirect collaboration with growth and marketing leadershipExposure to emerging platforms and new partnership strategiesHow to ApplyPlease share an example of a creator partnership you’ve led, including how you sourced the creator, structured the partnership, and the results achieved.
