About This Position
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely diagnosis, stabilization, and treatment of all emergency conditions. Key Responsibilities
Provide immediate evaluation, diagnosis, and medical management for patients presenting with emergent or urgent conditions.
Perform essential emergency procedures, including airway management, resuscitation, wound care, orthopedic stabilization, and procedural sedation.
Lead and coordinate care for critically ill or injured patients, including trauma activation and cardiac/respiratory emergencies.
Utilize evidence-based clinical practices and follow established protocols and guidelines.
Communicate clearly with patients, families, nursing staff, consultants, and ancillary services.
Document clinical findings, treatments, and medical decision-making accurately and promptly in the electronic health record.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and departmental meetings.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, medical staff bylaws, and regulatory standards.
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency program (or equivalent).
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM).
Current state medical license (or eligibility).
Active ACLS and PALS certifications. ATLS required for Internal Medicine/Family Medicine–trained physicians; waived for current ABEM-boarded Emergency Medicine physicians.
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Full-time, part-time, and/or per-diem shifts available.

$250.00 to $300.00 per hour DOE and shift
