Supervisor - Environmental Services at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center – Anniston, Alabama

Supervises and coordinates the activities of and works with staff of housekeeping personnel engaged in housekeeping activities. Coordinates activities of the Environmental Services Department with those of other hospital departments to clean and service facility areas.

Maintains clean and attractive environment for patients, visitors, and employees.
Develops and trains employees.
Responds and assists in emergency code drills and other calls. Inspires leadership and teamwork within Department and with other departments.
Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in areas of responsibility.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.
  Ability to perform all tasks normally completed by Environmental Services Specialist II.
  Operates office equipment (i.e. computer, printer, copier, radios and pagers etc...).
  Also, trains and instructs personnel in the use of power equipment used in housekeeping.
  Possess a valid Alabama drivers license with ability to be insured by company insurance carrier.
