Key Responsibilities

• You will be the face of Instant Aire, providing expert diagnostics and solutions to our customers.
• Diagnostics: Perform diagnostic and routine service calls on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Execution: Repair, maintain, and install heating and cooling units.
• Customer Service: Accurately document services and clearly communicate findings/recommendations to customers.
• Safety: Ensure systems comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Operations: Operate company-provided vehicles safely and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in HVAC systems.
• Drivers License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Requirements: Self-motivated, dependable, and excellent communication skills.
• Education: No specific education or certifications required (Paid training provided).
