GUEST SERVICES AGENT

Directly Reports To:Station Manager

Mission of

this Position: Tropic Ocean Airways Guest Services Agent/Ramp Agent will provide all necessary and required guest services including but not limited to baggage processing, gate check-in, greeting arriving guests, handling of VIPs, provide special guest assistance, handle other duties as assigned. 

Key Responsibilities: Meet or exceed duties/expectations displaying initiative, adhering to TOA SOPs and aligning with core values of the organization. 

• Daily tasks involve using a computer and a high level of concentration is imperative as the environment changes frequently and at a fast pace. 
• Provide assistance to guests with a positive and cooperative attitude, to include but not limited to greeting, escorting, valeting and meeting special needs of guests. 
• Flexibility is a hallmark of this position, to meet the expectations of the team and the schedule as needed. 
• Demonstrate keen communication skills to provide excellence in customer service both internally and externally.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States  
• Must be able to pass a background check for BCAD Badging *** 

• US Passport or Equivalent Required 
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. 
• A High School diploma or GED 
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in related field 
• Maintain valid driver’s license 
• Ability to lift/move/load up to 50 lbs. baggage/cargo comfortably and continuously
