You’ll Be Tasked With:
• Controlling access, managing crowds, and being the visible line between order and chaos
• Staying alert, responding to incidents with authority, and writing tight, accurate reports
• Patrolling event spaces, collaborating with staff, and de-escalating situations with professionalism
• Representing the Precision brand with integrity and composure at every post

Who We’re Looking For:
• A current California Guard Card holder
• Reliable transportation and a valid ID or driver’s license
• Bonus points for baton/OC spray certifications, taser training, or bilingual fluency
• A solid communicator with a professional appearance and confident demeanor
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays when events are live
Veterans, first responders, and officers with event or venue experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Assignment Details:
• Location: 1441 Garden Highway, Yuba City, CA (events throughout the area)
• Schedule: Varies by event—primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Type: Temporary, event-based—but great performance can lead to long-term placement

Initial Training (Before Applying)

☐ Pay BSIS application fee (~$50–$60)
First-Year Required Training (Post-Approval)
☐ Complete additional 32 hours of BSIS-mandated training:

☐ Observation & Documentation – 4 hrs
☐ Communication and Its Significance – 4 hrs
