The ICU RN is responsible for the care of the critically ill patient, serving as relief charge nurse, documentation and time management, delivery of the patient experience, personal growth and development, quality, patient safety, stroke and chest pain response, and all other duties as assigned. Our ICU cares for our most medically fragile and complex patients with the utmost integrity and dignity. The team is a resource for other units throughout the hospital, providing clinical support and education as needed.

Requirements: Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), current RN license, BLS certification, non-violent crisis training within 6 months of employment, basic dysrhythmia interpretation course or successful completion of a validation exam within 1 year of employment, and basic critical care course or successful completion of validation exams within 2 years of employment. ACLS within 6 months of employment.
