What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through continuous prospecting.
- Convert leads into active sales and develop a strong book of business.
- Work collaboratively in a team-driven environment to grow and maintain customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of freight brokerage 3PL sales experience (required).
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
