3rd Shift (11PM - 7:30AM) Custodian at Unica Enterprises LLC – Dallas, Texas

Unica Enterprises is seeking self-motivated, energetic, responsible individuals to join our team at the DFW Rental Car Center. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility. You will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, and countertops), replenish supplies, and monitor inventory levels.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including break rooms, lobbies and hallways
• This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds.
• This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• This role requires passing a thorough background check and obtaining a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge by successfully completing the required training quiz. Adherence to all security and safety regulations is mandatory
• Custodial or janitorial work preferred
• Must be able to work 3rd Shift (11PM - 7:30AM)
• Must be able to work full-time
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check and meet E-Verify requirements.
• Must be able to work on the weekends
