Enhance and improve the company's quality management systems, processes, and practices to ensure our products and services are recognized by customers as having world-class quality, reliability, and perceived value, while also responding effectively to improve customer satisfaction.
Major Areas of Accountability:
- Support maintenance of all quality processes and related documentation necessary for ISO compliance
- Identify any gaps in the quality management system and recommend changes
- Collect and report field failure data and production yield data
- Utilize the corrective action system to document and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Perform final quality inspection on all finished goods, and incoming inspection of critical materials as appropriate
- Work with appropriate Circuit Check personnel and with Suppliers to resolve production and material quality issues providing timely production and material quality performance data to appropriate stakeholders
- Support resolution of customer quality problems, implementation of corrective actions, customer audits, and responses to customer inquiries. Support external quality and regulatory audits
- Perform audits of the company’s quality management system and process controls and provide recommendations to management as appropriate regarding any deficiencies including ESD and Shelf-Life internal audits
- Develop product quality plans and related production assembly and inspection procedures assuring that product quality/reliability goals are met
- Support training of personnel on quality procedures and methods including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement projects
- Support calibration system maintenance ensuring all measurement equipment is in good working order and within calibration
- Collects and records results of inspection to maintain record of product quality including any associated ERP transactions
- Drive the maintenance, and improvement of the ESD (electrostatic discharge) control program
- Drive the maintenance, and continuous improvement of the shelf-life program.

- 4-year technical degree with 3 to 8 years of experience working in an electronics or electromechanical environment
- Extensive experience performing internal auditing of a quality management system
- Proven experience interacting with suppliers and customers.

- Ability to perform internal audits of the quality management system
- Ability to analyze quality data to reach conclusions about changes which may be required to improve process and product quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

The salary range is $79,000 to $120,000 per year. Individual base pay is based on various factors, including work location, relevant experience and skills, the responsibility of the role, and job duties/requirements.
The listed ranges represent the full earning potential in this position. Starting salaries for well-qualified new hires are typically around the midpoint of the range. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent, and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.
Base pay is only one element of an employee's total compensation at Circuit Check. Employees (and their dependents in most plans) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, short- and long-term disability and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Employees are able to enroll in Circuit Check’s 401k plan, in which the Company will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% with a maximum contribution.
