Grounds - General Laborer at Fath Properties – Mt. Healthy, Ohio

Lake of the Woods Apartments is seeking candidates to fill a part- time Ground/ General Laborer position. This lovely community has 263 units and is situated in Mt Healthy, OH.

This position is 15 hours per week. Work schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-12noon.

Everyday tasks will include grounds maintenance. Such tasks include using a gas blower, power washer and small power tools. In addition, heavy trash removal in turn apartments and hallways. Daily trash pick up in laundry rooms and common areas.

Pay rate: $15-16 per hour

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical requirements: Able to lift 75 lbs. Able to climb ladders and steps. Applicants must be able to operate power equipment such as saws, drills. Must be able to operate door locks.
