The Restaurant General Manager is the mastermind behind the magic! Youll be in charge of planning and orchestrating all the delicious action in our stand-alone bar or restaurant, making sure every detail runs smoothly. From leading the team to creating unforgettable moments for our guests, youre at the heart of the funensuring every bite, sip, and smile adds up to an extraordinary experience!
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in a related field and 810 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; must meet all licensing and certification requirements.
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
- Deep understanding of industry practices, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and proven time management abilities for self and team.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest service and contribute to business success through enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Effective in planning, problem-solving, and managing complex responsibilities with excellent communication skills.
