Accountabilities:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies and product capabilities, providing recommendations to optimize outcomes
  • Conduct post-launch analyses for product and strategy updates impacting SEO performance
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve data quality and expand access to meaningful SEO signals
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field; STEM degrees are a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, product development, or related fields with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals including technical, on-page, off-page, and local search; experience with AI-driven search is a plus
  • Experience with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BrightLocal, or similar
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a collaborative environment

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $100,000–$110,000 based on experience, skills, and location
  • Potential for incentive-based bonuses or commissions
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible paid time off to rest, recharge, and maintain work-life balance
  • Paid parental leave and remote office allowance
  • Professional development opportunities and courses
  • Supportive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture valuing diversity and innovation
