In this role, you will focus on analyzing and optimizing organic search performance across a diverse portfolio of clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Optimization, and Marketing to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Your work will directly inform product strategy, drive measurable improvements in search performance, and support decision-making for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and strategic insight rather than hands-on SEO execution. - Analyze SEO performance data across a large and diverse client portfolio to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Build, maintain, and evolve performance reporting dashboards, scorecards, and benchmarking frameworks
- Define and standardize SEO KPIs to ensure consistent measurement across teams
- Evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies and product capabilities, providing recommendations to optimize outcomes
- Conduct post-launch analyses for product and strategy updates impacting SEO performance
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve data quality and expand access to meaningful SEO signals
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field; STEM degrees are a plus
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, product development, or related fields with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals including technical, on-page, off-page, and local search; experience with AI-driven search is a plus
- Experience with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BrightLocal, or similar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights effectively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a collaborative environment
