Technical Design (Code 26PRDVTECH)
•Learn/Help the team spec incoming samples
•Observe development & production fittings
•Support the team with TOP comments and passing of samples to production
•Help distribute incoming samples to allocated techs
•Help clear samples of completed seasons/pack and mark for sample sale
•Sit in on new season handoffs between Design & Tech
Product Development/Production (Code 26PRDV)
•Sit in on Design/PD Weekly TB’s to observe and listen to discussions, observe dynamic between PD, R&D and Design
•Help process incoming protos – passing to sample room for steaming, passing to Design for review
•Sit in on development fittings, when possible, to understand how a garment is built/fit to be commercially ready
•Help process incoming SMS – steam, hang, organize.
•Help with SMS packing and shipping to showrooms
•SP27 – could help support during Line Edit – alterations for the sample room, observe the edit process
•Sit in on new season handoffs between Design & PD
•Sit in on Discrepancy Meeting post Line Edit
Production (Code 26PRDV)
•Help process incoming production fit samples – log into fit tracker, distribute to tech
•Sit in on production fittings, when possible, to understand the fine tuning/approval of fit prior to bulk production
•Help to mark TOP samples and file into the archive closet. Return carryover TOP’s to the warehouse for inventory
•Learn to update any PO’s under supervision, review the production WIP to understand the production lifecycle
•Review bulk submits alongside production team to learn how to compare bulk submits to standards, understand comments to vendors for resubmit or approval
•SP27 – could sit in and observe our line costing process between Production & Planning
•Sit in on Discrepancy Meeting post Line Edit
Merchandise Planning/Buying (Code 26MRCHNYC)
• Handle administrative tasks for planning/buying team.
• Ensure all orders are entered in the system, assist team with managing markdown worksheets.
Digital Marketing (Code 26PMBVNYC or 26PMBVLA)
Paid Media and Brand Voice Focused: NYC (26PMBVNYC)
• Paid Social and Paid Search support across briefing, task managements, reporting and in platform set-ups.
CRM and Store Marketing Focus: LA (26PMBVLA)
• Email and SMS marketing, with special focus on store and international CRM marketing tactics
E-Commerce (Code 26ECOM)
•Assist with day-to-day website operations including product uploads, content updates, and site audits to ensure accuracy across pricing, imagery, and copy
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations) to support campaign execution, email launches, and digital initiatives
•Support operations by assisting with order management troubleshooting, inventory coordination, and communication with internal teams and third-party partners to resolve issues efficiently
•Participate in website QA testing, bug tracking, and feedback collection to improve user experience and site functionality
•Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for process improvements, merchandising enhancements, and customer experience optimization
•Support SEO and site optimization efforts by maintaining and updating metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords), ensuring consistency across product and landing pages, and identifying opportunities to improve search visibility and ranking
Public Relations (Code 26PR)
•Influencer Tracking: Monitor and track social media tags, mentions, and posts from influencers to support ongoing reporting and engagement insights.
•PR Package Preparation: Pack and organize PR packages for influencers and media, ensuring timely and accurate shipments—particularly ahead of NYFW and during increased stylist requests throughout award season.
•Showroom Maintenance: Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom environment by managing go-backs and stylist returns, steaming and displaying new merchandise, and supporting the integration of Fashion GPS with gifting sets for incoming product.
•Outreach Lists & Research: Create and update outreach lists for influencers, media, stylists, and potential collaborators. Conduct research to identify new influencers aligned with the brand, as well as opportunities tied to store openings and key regional markets.
•Administrative Support: Assist with updating VIP/stylist/influencer look books, organizing outreach lists, maintaining pitching assets, and providing general administrative support as needed.
•Event Support: Help dress talent for events and support showroom activations such as product launches and influencer gatherings—especially in the lead-up to NYFW.
Fabric R&D (Code 26FABRD)
• Assemble fabrication binders, help sort, organize and store fabric headers
• Help prepare SMS standards for the production books, Make core fabric hangers.
• Label headers with screening info & fabric codes, Enter fabric & trims in PLM. Enter images into PLM.
• Help update the boards with fabrics & codes, Take inventory of sample room fabrics,
• Update line sheet with fabric info
Art Department (Code 26ARTDEPT)
• Assist creative team with e-commerce photoshoots
• Assist stylists with prepping and steaming looks as well as dress models on set.
• Provide general administrative support to the creative team, such as scheduling meetings for the Art Director, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
• Weekend availability: Be willing to work on weekends when necessary, understanding that some photoshoots may be scheduled during these times
Design RTW (Code 26DSNRTW)
• Collection Print & Color & Yarn Library Organization
• Design Boards – Assist on updating collection boards
• Assist Designers on any CADs or recolor, sketching
• Assist Designers on organizing design samples
• Optional to attend selective design meetings and fittings
Finance and Accounting (Code 26FINAC)
• Partner with finance team to build and update financial models including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, and account reconciliation.
