Position Title: Industrial Electrician

Description: HTI is seeking an experienced Electrician (Night Shift) with a leading manufacturing facility. This position will support heat treat operations and focus on troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving industrial electrical systems. This is a Direct Hire opportunity working a 4-on, 4-off (4x4) rotation (7PM–7AM). The pay starts at $32.50/hr.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or GED (technical degree preferred)
• 3–5 years of industrial electrician experience preferred
• PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing or heat treat environments
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, transformers, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work independently

What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Electrician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems supporting heat treat and production operations. This role ensures equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency across the facility.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and electronic equipment
• Perform PLC troubleshooting and basic programming (Allen-Bradley)
• Maintain and repair motors, transformers, control panels, and power distribution systems
• Support heat treat operations and production equipment
• Perform industrial wiring, installation, and system upgrades
• Assist with equipment rebuilds and preventive maintenance
• Work cross-functionally to resolve production issues and improve processes
• Follow all safety protocols and electrical codes
