- Conduct data analysis and develop dashboards to monitor sales team performance, revenue, pricing, and operational metrics
- Support territory and coverage planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Design and implement sales compensation plans tied to strategic initiatives
- Track and report on OKRs, KPIs, and cross-departmental strategic initiatives
- Participate in annual and quarterly planning cycles, including forecasting and scenario modeling
- Develop business cases for new initiatives and evaluate growth opportunities or partnerships
- Optimize sales tools and processes, including CRM management, to support operational efficiency and growth
- Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant sales operations
- Educate teams on SaaS metrics, ensuring accurate pipeline management for net-new revenue
- 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations; 3+ years in data analytics and reporting
- 5+ years in SaaS or technology industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling) and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen, with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Expertise with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with OKR/KPI frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to deliver executive storytelling with data
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and apply business strategy frameworks to practical challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA or advanced quantitative degree preferred
