Full-time on-site office setting in Los Angeles, CA
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Credit Administration Officer is responsible for the bank’s overall credit quality of the loan portfolio.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists SCA, CCO with all loan administration functions, including loan approval support and nCino-related processes.
- Reviews loan approval requests as assigned, ensuring completeness and accuracy in documents and nCino records.
- Prepares and distributes, and maintain Loan Tickler Reports, Loan Maturity Report, and other required reports, using nCino reporting tolls when applicable
- Serves as a liaison among lending units, loan approval authorities, and operations, ensuring proper routing and documentation of requests in nCino.
- Manages nCino user access, permissions, and security; performs routine maintenance resolves user issues.
- Updates and maintains nCino workflows, forms, document checklist, alerts, and approval routing for efficient loan processing.
- Supports testing, implementation, and rollout of nCino enhancements, upgrades, and new features.
- Assists with various Loan Administration duties and management-assigned projects, involving credit policy, workflow improvement, or system improvements.
- Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.).
- Completes all required training
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to multi-task and high attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Familiarity with Salesforce (nCino) environment and configuration concepts preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with lending, operations, and system users
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior exposure to nCino or Salesforce administration is strongly preferred

Annual pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
