This role is a senior client-facing position responsible for managing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, including Fortune 1000 accounts. You will act as the primary strategic partner, driving adoption, retention, and growth of enterprise solutions while ensuring clients realize measurable business value. The position requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex client organizations. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to uncover opportunities and deliver results. This is a dynamic, high-impact role in a fast-paced SaaS environment where your strategic insights and proactive approach directly influence client success and revenue growth.
- Own and expand relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction
- Drive adoption of enterprise solutions across multiple business units and identify opportunities for expansion
- Forecast revenue, monitor risk, and proactively mitigate potential churn within your accounts
- Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to craft strategic messaging and uncover growth opportunities
- Plan and lead onboarding, training initiatives, and business reviews to maximize client engagement and value realization
- Serve as both the advocate for clients internally and the company externally, gathering feedback, sharing insights, and building trust
- Conduct consistent outreach, provide relevant materials, and maintain a visible presence within client organizations
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client success, or corporate sales roles, ideally with Fortune 1000 clients
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving expansion within existing accounts
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders from day-to-day users to C-level executives
- Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS solutions, including adoption strategies and ROI measurement
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver client value
- Highly organized, proactive, and strategic, capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: experience with market intelligence or AI-driven SaaS platforms, and familiarity with large enterprise structures
- Competitive base salary: $123,000 – $154,000 USD annually, with commission plan and uncapped earning potential
