We’re seeking a motivated Operations Analyst Technician who enjoys creating clarity, improving processes, and supporting a culture of operational excellence. This role centers on documenting manufacturing processes within our ERP system and collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency while being guided by a manufacturing engineer. What You’ll Do
· Develop, update, and maintain detailed manufacturing process documentation within the ERP system
· Partner with engineering, production, quality, and production scheduling teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy
· Apply lean manufacturing concepts to support process improvements and waste reduction
· Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to streamline operations
· Support manufacturing engineering initiatives through data collection, reporting, and troubleshooting
· Ensure documentation aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements
· Assist in training team members on new or updated processes
· Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision
· Willing to dig in and find solutions when challenges arise
· Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or a related technical field
- 2-year degree in business or technical field or 4 years of manufacturing experience
- Exposure to lean manufacturing principles (5S, standard work, continuous improvement, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and process documentation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement
