About the role
Are you a talent detective with a knack for finding the perfect fit? As a Business Sourcer at Rippling, you'll play a crucial role in bringing top-tier talent to our non-tech teams across EMEA. You'll craft innovative sourcing strategies tailored to diverse European markets, collaborate with hiring managers across the region, and engage with standout candidates to help build the future of our company. What you will do- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top business talent across EMEA markets, including UKI, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, Iberia, and beyond
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the region
- Own the candidate journey, from initial outreach to interview coordination, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates across multiple markets and time zones
- Utilise a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, local job boards, networking events, referrals, and regional platforms, to uncover talent across EMEA
- Partner closely with the recruiting team to extend offers and close top candidates, navigating regional nuances around compensation, notice periods, and right to work
- Use data and insights to fine-tune your sourcing approach by market and maximise efficiency across the region
- 3+ years of experience in a business sourcing or recruiting role, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Support, Account Management, or G&A positions
- A demonstrable track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across multiple EMEA markets
- Previous scale-up or high-growth environment experience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-evolving organisation
- Familiarity with EMEA hiring practices, employment law basics, and candidate market dynamics across key regions
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders across different cultures and languages
- A sharp eye for detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and the drive to succeed under pressure
- Additional European language skills are a plus but not a requirement
