Accountabilities:

  • Manage agency relationships including selection, contracting, performance evaluation, and optimization to ensure value delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Identify inefficiencies in marketing processes and design scalable improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and execution speed.
  • Implement performance measurement systems, KPIs, and reporting structures to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
  • Partner closely with commercial operations, finance, legal, compliance, and brand teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business priorities.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation to ensure investments are strategically aligned and deliver measurable ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing effectiveness, or agency/vendor management, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare environments.
  • Strong expertise in project management, process optimization, and operational improvement within complex organizations.
  • Proven experience managing external agencies and overseeing marketing budgets with accountability for performance outcomes.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into strategic and operational improvements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance short-term execution with long-term impact.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package: $169,222 – $253,000 base salary range, plus incentive opportunity.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage for employees and eligible dependents.
  • 401(k) plan with generous company match.
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and flexible time-off programs.
  • Parental leave programs and family support benefits.
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance, plus company-paid life insurance.
  • Tuition reimbursement and student loan assistance programs.
  • Flexible work arrangements and supportive hybrid/remote culture.
