- Support image collection and data coordination activities in accordance with sponsor protocols, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
- View, enter, compile, and manage clinical and imaging data while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Coordinate the collection and distribution of data and documentation between clinical sites, sponsors, and internal teams.
- Provide customer service and operational support to stakeholders regarding data collection systems and imaging workflows.
- Maintain project documentation and records in compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all data and image-related activities meet SOPs and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with peers, project teams, sponsors, and clinical sites throughout the lifecycle of clinical imaging projects.
- Contribute to continuous operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery within a 24-hour support environment.
- Minimum of a one-year post-secondary certificate or 1–3 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Interest in clinical research, imaging services, healthcare operations, or data coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable following standardized procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance protocols.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, afternoons, nights, statutory holidays, and occasional on-call support.
- Experience in clinical trials, healthcare data management, or imaging operations is considered an asset.
- Competitive salary ranging from 42,000 to 70,000 CAD annually
