This role is focused on expanding strategic partnerships and driving international business growth within the automotive electronics ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key industry players such as distributors, retailers, dealerships, marketplaces, service centers, and corporate clients. The position plays a central role in opening new distribution channels, supporting market expansion, and strengthening long-term partner engagement. You will operate in a fast-moving, international environment where analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and relationship-building are essential. Beyond sales execution, you will also contribute to market intelligence, product improvement feedback loops, and strategic decision-making based on data and partner insights.
In this role, you will drive business development initiatives by building strong partnerships, expanding market reach, and supporting strategic growth across international channels.
- Develop and manage partnerships with key players in automotive electronics, including distributors, retailers, dealerships, and service centers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and distribution channels in international markets.
- Negotiate and structure commercial agreements for joint initiatives, activations, and strategic projects.
- Maintain and update partner and client databases, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collect and structure partner feedback to support product and service improvements.
- Prepare reports and performance analyses to support strategic business decisions.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in business development or sales, combined with excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Experience in the automotive or electronics industry is a plus.
- Advanced Portuguese (C1 or higher) for communication with international partners.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and extract insights.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and general business tools.
- Independence, initiative, and strong results orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage long-term partnerships.
