Overview: Burns Estate Planning and Wealth Advisors, a Prime Capital Investment Company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant for our rapidly growing financial firm. The candidate will provide administrative and operations support for our Advisor in the financial office. The ideal candidate will have some financial services background, be committed to high quality customer service and be self-motivated. Our standards are to be the very best and Burns Estate Planning Wealth Advisors a Prime Capital Investment Advisors, LLC is looking for people with the drive, enthusiasm, professionalism, and values we hold so important to work as an Administrative Assistant, based at our Hammond, LA office.
Position Responsibilities:
- Schedule and prepare agendas and paperwork for client appointments.
- Conduct client appointment reminder calls and schedule new and existing client meetings.
- Consistently stay up to date on product changes and release of new products.
- Proactively communicate with Advisor regarding work in progress.
- Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as permitted, as it relates to servicing their accounts.
- Provide clerical duties including, but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and shipping.
- Answer client calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate party and take a detailed and descriptive message in the CRM.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant, financial background preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills, including planning, prioritizing and overseeing numerous concurrent projects.
- Salesforce experience (Preferred).
- Strong working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (Required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
