What will I be doing?
As a Hotel Lead, you are the heartbeat of the property. You will work closely with our Regional Manager to achieve the hotel’s goals. You'll lead onsite operations and ensure we deliver on our Guest Promise.
- Embody our Values: Serve as a key employee delivering on our Team Values (Be Reliable, Lead by Example, Be Personable, Have Integrity, Never Settle)
- Own the Rhythm: Execute and oversee activities across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Lead the Vanguard: Train, evaluate, and motivate team members to perform at an elite level
- Master the Schedule: Ensure consistent coverage and serve as the primary liaison between the team and the Regional Manager
- Enforce High Standards: Conduct routine "Gold Standard" inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and everything in between. If it’s not perfect, it’s not Hotel Pommier
What are we looking for?

- Availability: You understand that hospitality happens 24/7. You are willing to work weekends and holidays (shifts range from 5am to 9pm).
- Physicality: You’re ready to be on your feet and can lift at least 25 pounds when the team needs a hand
Nice to Haves (not deal-breakers!)
- 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar key role (Preferred)
- ServSafe Certification
