  • Maintain technical documentation including SOPs, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to improve system reliability and performance.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS core services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, Route 53, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
  • Basic exposure to Azure and Oracle Cloud environments with willingness to upskill in multi-cloud technologies.

  • Experience in Linux system administration and basic operational tasks.
  • Familiarity with Docker and container-based application deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Shell scripting and PowerShell automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in application and infrastructure environments.
  • Understanding of monitoring, logging, and system diagnostics for production environments.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools, CI/CD pipelines, networking concepts, or cloud certifications is a plus.
