Elmhurst Ford is growing quickly, and we are looking for an experienced License & Title Clerk to join our team.
This is a key position inside the dealership. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and understands the importance of keeping deals moving efficiently and accurately.
The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate well with multiple departments, and take pride in maintaining clean and compliant paperwork.

Requirements:What You'll Do
• Process titles and registrations for new, used, wholesale, and out-of-state deals
• Submit title work and registration paperwork in a timely manner
• Handle title corrections, duplicate titles, and follow-up documentation
• Process Illinois and out-of-state title work accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with banks, customers, and dealership staff regarding title status
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with Illinois regulations
• Assist with inventory title tracking and administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Previous dealership license and title experience needed
• Knowledge of Illinois and out-of-state title and registration procedures preferred
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, CVR, and ATC preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Professional communication skills and positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
