We’re seeking a driven F&I Manager to join our high-volume dealership team. This role is responsible for maximizing profitability through finance and insurance sales, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Present and sell finance, warranty, and insurance products ethically and transparently.
• Secure financing through approved lenders and negotiate competitive terms.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Achieve monthly targets for finance penetration, product sales, and gross profit.
• Collaborate with sales team to structure deals and train staff on F&I processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in automotive retail.
• Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and compliance regulations.
