In this role, you will significantly shape the marketing vision across various stakeholders including dental practices, consumers, and employers. You will be accountable for setting strategic direction in brand and product marketing while fostering crucial cross-functional partnerships. Your leadership will drive the success of innovative marketing strategies and ensure alignment with overall revenue goals. This fully remote position allows you to collaborate effectively across the country, contributing to the companys ambitious growth agenda in the healthcare sector.
Accountabilities- Define and own the marketing strategy aligning with revenue goals.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing organization.
- Drive full-funnel demand generation across all channels.
- Collaborate with senior teams in Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development.
- Establish marketing measurement frameworks and define KPIs.
- Develop scalable processes for lead generation and campaign execution.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and expansions.
- Manage external presence in media and industry partnerships.
- Serve as a thought leader bringing insights to executive discussions.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
- 3+ years in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Proven track record in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C marketing.
- Demonstrated success in demand generation and ROI metrics.
- Deep fluency in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media).
- Growth marketing mindset with data-informed decision-making.
- Executive presence with strong communication skills.
- Financial acumen for optimizing marketing budgets.
- Authorized to work permanently in the US without sponsorship.
