Reporting Relationship: Reports directly to the Director of Compliance

Position Summary:

This role provides administrative and operational support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the integrity of enrollment processes across all campuses. The Compliance & Enrollment Assistant works closely with the Director of Compliance and the Director of Enrollment to support nutrition program compliance, student enrollment, tuition contract execution, transportation reporting, and overall data management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with state and federal requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Nutrition Program Support:

? Support implementation and monitoring of nutrition program policies, procedures, and guidelines

? Ensure compliance with USDA meal program requirements

? Assist with meal counts, documentation, and required reporting

? Participate in required annual training and continuing education

? Enrollment & Compliance Support:

? Support student enrollment processes which includes application review, eligibility verification, and documentation collection

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date student Choice and SNSP records in compliance with State requirements

? Assist with preparation of enrollment audits, including gathering and organizing required documentation

? Communicate with families and staff regarding enrollment requirements and follow-up needs

? Maintain and update compliance-related policies, procedures, and guidelines

? Collaborate closely and communicate clearly with the Director of Compliance and Director of Enrollment to ensure alignment of processes and requirements

? Function as a Choice designee for NDSM

? Recruitment support

? Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all record-keeping practices

? Tuition & Transportation Support:

? Assist with tuition tracking, documentation, and reporting is the Student Information System to ensure accuracy

? Support transportation reporting including data collection, verification, and submission in alignment with program requirements

? Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate reporting for the reconciliation of tuition and transportation data

? Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications:

? High School Diploma or equivalent required

? Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred

? Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, school operations, compliance, or enrollment preferred

? Experience working in a school business setting is a plus, but not necessary

? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and reporting

? Ability to prioritize deadlines

? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

? Effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization ? Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Platforms

? Reliable transportation for travel among three campuses
