We are currently seeking candidates with proven experience in face-to-face sales or field-based cold calling. At this time, we are unable to consider applicants with no experience.

What would I be doing?

Respond to job leads by going to various clients' homes in our service territory
Build rapport and ask good, open ended questions to understand how we can serve our clients
Assess the damage within the home and thoughtfully propose potential solutions
Follow up with clients on questions and potential issues
Communicate internally with team members
Other duties may be assigned

What will I get paid?

We provide an uncapped base plus bonus compensation structure that allows for on-target earning (OTE) to equal $125,000 with opportunity to exceed.
