In this role, you will lead the strategic vision and operational execution for enterprise transformation initiatives across federal agencies, focusing on modernization, digital innovation, and resilient IT solutions. You will be responsible for shaping domain strategy, growing the opportunity pipeline, and delivering mission-critical outcomes in areas such as cloud modernization, platform engineering, enterprise data, AI/ML, and interoperability. Acting as a senior executive, you will cultivate federal customer relationships, oversee solution delivery, and align cross-functional teams to drive measurable results. The position requires balancing long-term strategic planning with immediate operational demands while mentoring teams and promoting a culture of excellence. You will work in a remote environment, collaborating with stakeholders across agencies and internal teams to transform federal IT capabilities and improve mission outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the enterprise transformation domain strategy, aligning initiatives with federal agency missions and organizational objectives.
  • Lead business growth efforts, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities across federal healthcare and enterprise IT programs.
  • Provide executive oversight for program delivery, ensuring projects meet quality standards, contractual commitments, and mission objectives.
  • Engage with federal stakeholders to understand mission needs, guide solution development, and maintain trusted executive-level relationships.
  • Drive enterprise modernization initiatives in cloud, platform engineering, DevSecOps, data analytics, AI/ML, interoperability, and security compliance.
  • Establish governance, success metrics, and operational discipline to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across growth, solution, and delivery teams to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years in federal contractor operations and 5+ years leading or supporting growth initiatives.
  • Executive leadership experience in federal IT, enterprise transformation, or related mission-critical domains.
  • Strong knowledge of federal healthcare agencies, acquisition environments, procurement processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise modernization, cloud transformation, DevSecOps, enterprise data platforms, AI/ML enablement, and interoperability.
  • Proven track record in business development, pipeline growth, and delivering complex federal IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Strategic, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with ability to drive long-term transformation while managing immediate execution needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree in operations, strategy, or IT management preferred.
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation.
