About This Position

Description:

Acme Hospitality owns and operates a collection of highly acclaimed and award-winning food & beverage concepts and boutique hotels throughout California. In addition to a collection of restaurants and hotels, we create hospitality experiences that inspire people, create a sense of camaraderie, and make people happy.

For decades, La Paloma Cafe was part of the fabric of Santa Barbara — a familiar corner, a glowing neon sign, a gathering place. After 37 years, we’ve brought it back, with a renewed spirit and a deep respect for the past. Today, Paloma honors its roots with a modern sensibility. Our food draws from the rhythms of the Central Coast — guided by the seasons, crafted with care, and cooked over open flame. You’ll taste the simplicity of fresh ingredients, the warmth of real hospitality, and the richness of a place that has always belonged to the community. The dove flies again — and with it, the promise of good meals, good company, and the joy of coming home.
