What Would You Do? The Driver is a support role responsible for assisting Inventory and Sales Managers in transporting vehicles to and from dealerships and vendors. This position will pick up or take inventory to/from wherever assigned and aims to nurture and cultivate a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.

What will you be responsible for?

• Safely transport vehicles to and from the dealership, customers, auctions, service appointments, and other locations as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of dealership vehicles.

• Perform visual inspections of vehicles before and after transport; report any damage or irregularities.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety procedures at all times.

• Provide professional, friendly, and prompt customer service during all interactions.

• Support lot organization by moving and parking vehicles in designated locations.

• Assists with transporting customers, employees, or parts during times of high volume.

Do you have the necessary education and experience?

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of automotive driving experience is required.
• Valid Class C or D license preferred.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions vehicles.
• Must have a clean driving record, maintain current vehicle insurance, and be able to pass insurance guidelines for drivability.
• Must be at least 26 years of age or older.
• Must be able to drive long distances, and for several hours.
• Able to work with and understand route guiding and navigation software
